Pregnancy Relaxation

Relax and unwind with a 4 week pregnancy relaxation course. 

 

This course is suitable for women or birthing people at any stage of pregnancy. Each week focuses on a new pregnancy or birth related topic, and includes a topic focussed mindful relaxation session as follows:

Week 1 - Relaxation and Self Care

Week 2 - Fear Release

Week 3 - Choices and Birth Preparation

Week 4 - Oxytocin

 

These are all beneficial for helping you to relax, spend time bonding with your baby whilst learning more about pregnancy and birth. They also give you the opportunity to meet other pregnant people in your area.

 

Sessions are 75 minutes long and refreshments will be provided.

The 4 week course costs £50.
